How it works

Three steps to samples in hand

Every request is reviewed by our team, so we can make sure you're testing the right product for the job.

Pick your samples

Tick the products you want to test and tell us about the project — what you're making and what surface or material it's going on.

We review and confirm

We check the request, suggest anything better suited, and email you to confirm. Shipping is quoted and invoiced before anything is sent.

Collect or receive

Pick up from our Thornleigh warehouse by appointment, or we ship to you once the shipping invoice is paid.

Before you request

Who qualifies for free samples?
Industry and trade clients — production companies, theatres and venues, scenic workshops, hire houses, designers, architects, event companies and education institutions working on a real project. If you're unsure, send the request and we'll let you know.
Is there a limit on samples?
Yes — one of each sample per company or customer. If your team needs more for a larger project, email sales@cfats.com.au and we'll talk it through.
How much is shipping?
It depends on what you've chosen and where it's going. We'll quote it after reviewing your request and send an invoice — nothing ships until you've approved and paid it. Collecting from Thornleigh is free.
Can I collect from the warehouse?
Yes. Our warehouse is at 5A Sefton Rd, Thornleigh NSW 2120 and visits are by appointment. Choose "Collect" on the form and we'll email you to arrange a time.
Can I get a sample of something not listed?
Possibly. Add it to the "Anything else" box on the form or email sales@cfats.com.au and we'll check what we can supply.
