Collections

Orders can be collected from our warehouse during the following hours:

🕙 Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm
(excluding public holidays or other times as notified)

If you need to collect your order outside of these hours, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to assist.


Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays or other times as notified). Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • 📦 We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only
  • 🚚 All orders are sent via Courier Shipping with Authority to Leave (ATL) as default
  • 📩 If you would prefer to sign for your parcel, please contact us before dispatch
  • 🔁 Any re-delivery charges from failed deliveries will be passed on to the customer

Returns & Exchanges

We’re committed to providing quality products and service. As a small business, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

If something isn’t right with your order — such as it arriving damaged, faulty, or not as expected — please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

✨ Exchange Conditions

We’re happy to consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • You’ve contacted us and received a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer
  • A restocking fee may apply

We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered service when returning items, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.


New Zealand Orders

Please note: We generally do not accept returns or refunds for orders shipped to New Zealand.

If something is wrong with your order, we’ll always do our best to resolve it, in line with our obligations under Australian and New Zealand consumer law.
