Shipping
CFATS aims to process orders Monday-Fridays (excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to the email that you registered at checkout.
Please note that we only operate and ship within Australia and New Zealand.
Returns
Contact us if you wish to return an item.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if they are unused and returned to us in its original packaging. Attach the Return Authorisation Number provided to you by us.
We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorisation Number.
We recommend that products are returned via registered post as CFATS cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
