Common questions
How many LitePads can the 4-Way Spider run?
Up to four — provided their combined draw stays within your power supply’s maximum amperage and the cable’s 5 A rating.
What connectors does it use?
2.1 x 5.5 mm DC barrel connectors, per Rosco.
Can I use it with a 1 Amp Transformer?
Only if all connected LitePads together draw less than 1 A. For most multi-panel setups, a 3 A or 5 A transformer is the better match.
Check the combined current draw of every LitePad on a circuit against the rating of the power source and every cable in the chain, and test the setup before the shoot or show. Specifications are from Rosco data and are a guide only.
