This Wagon Brake is designed to provide dependable static holding power, helping to keep platforms and scenic elements in place without the need to drill into the stage floor.
Mounted to the side of a wagon or platform, the brake uses a simple lever action to push down a plunger with a rubber foot, creating friction against the floor. This allows stagehands to stabilise even heavier pieces with minimal effort, while still being able to release quickly and quietly when needed.
Designed to provide static holding force to keep scenery in place once positioned, and not intended for stopping or controlling moving loads.

Setup & Usage Guidance
- Recommended: Minimum of two brakes per wagon
