Creative Film & Theatre Solutions (CFATS) are the exclusive distributors and agents for Rosco products in Australia and New Zealand.

Founded in 1910, Rosco is still best known for the products it originally manufactured: filters for entertainment lighting. Over the decades, the company has expanded to offer products in more than a dozen categories, including gobos (or patterns), correction filters for film lighting, fog and haze machines, dance floors, scenic paint, and backdrops for theatre and film/video. Rosco has also been an innovator in lighting equipment, introducing rotators, projectors, intelligent mirrors, and the LitePad — a remarkable LED-based fixture.

Rosco’s contributions to the film and theatre industries have been recognised with four Academy Awards® from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for innovations such as the Cinegel and CalColor ranges of lighting filters, as well as for its backdrops and fog machines. Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, with additional US facilities in Austin, Texas, and Hollywood, California, Rosco operates as a truly global company with staffed offices in Brazil, Canada, England, and Spain.
