Dealer Portal – Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying for and/or using a Creative Film & Theatre Solutions (“CFATS”) Dealer Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Dealer Portal.
2. Eligibility
Dealer access is intended for approved wholesale partners only. Approval is at CFATS’s sole discretion and may require submission of business information, trade references, or other supporting details.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify CFATS immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Pricing & Orders
Dealer pricing, discounts, and product availability are provided for your internal purchasing only and may change without notice.
Orders placed through the portal represent an intention to purchase and are not binding on either party until CFATS reviews and confirms the order in writing (e.g., via order confirmation or invoice). CFATS reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
5. Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping costs are not included in portal pricing. CFATS will assess shipping fees for each order based on size, weight, destination, and carrier options and will advise these costs at the time of order confirmation.
6. Confidential Dealer Information
When logged in, your account will display confidential pricing and dealer-only information. You must handle this information carefully and use it solely for the purpose of purchasing and reselling CFATS products.
You agree not to share, publish, or disclose any confidential pricing, documents, or materials outside your organization without CFATS’s prior written consent.
7. Information Accuracy & Availability
While CFATS strives to keep product and stock information current, the portal is not updated in real time. Quantities, pricing, and availability shown may be inaccurate or delayed.
CFATS is not liable for any losses or issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
If you have any reservations or concerns about product availability, best practice is to contact CFATS directly to confirm before making commitments to your customers.
8. Communications Consent
By registering for a Dealer Account, you consent to receive communications from CFATS—including product updates, announcements, changes, promotional offers, and other dealer-related information—using the contact details you provide (such as email and phone).
These communications are an integral part of the dealer network and are necessary to ensure you remain informed about CFATS products and policies.
9. Use of Materials
All product images, specifications, price lists, and marketing materials provided in the Dealer Portal remain the property of CFATS and may be used only for promoting or selling CFATS products in accordance with these terms.
10. Termination or Suspension of Access
CFATS reserves the right to suspend or revoke your Dealer Account at any time, with or without notice and for any reason or no reason at all, including (but not limited to) violation of these terms, misuse of the portal, or business considerations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFATS is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from use of or inability to access the Dealer Portal.
12. Changes to Terms
CFATS may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Dealer Portal constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
